Hoppin' On The Vine has been opened for 1 1/2 years now and doing well but needs to put more inventory in to increase the sales at a better pace.
We have great selection of beer and wine. With our beers- we do a mix of six so customers can try a variety of different ones without buying a whole 6 pk of the same thing.
We also have a liquor license which is hard to come by in this area.
This is the area where we can definiately grow.
I have worked in the wine industry for over 15 years-so we have the knowledgeable staff available-which customers like. We have done wine tastings and have some wine dinners coming up the next 2 months as well.
Also have wine and beer making products which is growing at a fast pace.
Would like to have more for our homebrewers-such as classes-available for newcomers and also have contest for best made beer and wine.
I have a great business plan and will give out when there is a true interest along with any financials.
Since I've been in the wine industry, have seen how it has grown in the last 10 years and even more so in the last 5.
