Transparent Systems is seeking investors to assist us in our growth model and to obtain the financing necessary to place our Wait Mate® product into the market. The Research and Development for both the hardware and software sides of Wait Mate® system left Transparent Systems management with a capital shortfall for purchasing the materials to produce and distibute our hardware design. Transparent Systems has completed hardware and software prototypes for the entire system, but is unable to provide enough financial backing from it’s current owners to move the product into the mass production necessary to meet our client needs.

With considerable interest from potential customers (advertising, hospitals, and restaurants), and limited ability to deliver the hardware that facilitates Transaprent Systems’ ability to generate profits from the Wait Mate® system, Transparent Systems progress has been stunted until this hurdle can be cleared. The Wait Mate® product requires both the hardware and software to be present for data collection and report creation to take place.

Transparent Systems ability to provide revenue streams through both customer subscriptions and advertising from our backlog list of customers waiting for the device to be available for purchase, will provide a fast profitable turnaround for any investor.
