Once quality is checked, then shipments are made directly to individual store locations.
Marketing Plan
There are many marketing techniques that will be utilized by this label. The main one will be participating in Toronto Fashion Week; this venue has media from all over the world in attendance, therefore gaining maximum exposure for a minimal cost. Press kits will be sent out before each collection is released, giving the option for news papers, magazine and talk shows to talk with or interview Brandon. As well, Brandon will provide garments to celebrities during red carpet events using the agency contacts already acquired. Requiring an investment loan of $240,000 over the first year and a half of operations, Brandon R. Dwyer will provide an 80% ROI by the end of year 4.
