ElektrikCar LLC is a start-up venture incorporated in Michigan to design, manufacture and market Electric Vehicles (EVs). Our product lines will be 2(+2) passenger electric sports cars.
The cars will have Lithium-Ion, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) or if possible the latest Nano-Lithium with a driving range of 200-300 miles on single battery charge for 80-90 mph average speeds and 120 mph max speed.
We also have technological partners who build various state of the art electric propulsion system for our applications.
The ElektrikCar business development will consist of two stages. The first stage is to build the limited edition models which will be the basis for the second stage to build mass produced electric vehicles. The second stage will be self sustained by the profit of the first stage.
The project requires a seed fund of $300,000 to be used as the first year operation to develop tools/dies, design modular components, build vehicles and market the limited edition models. Angel or Venture Capital financing is expected. A soft loan is also welcome with capital repayments plus profit sharing to be conducted at the end of year 2.
The entire project will generate sales of $56.43M with an operating profit of $16.9M (30% profit margin) at the end of Year 7. The profits are generated from the sales of our limited edition models, priced at $80,000/car, with a volume of 57 cars and mass production models, priced $55,000/car, with a volume of 1026 cars.
