Actuarials Holdings, LLC is a Chicago-based holding company that is the owner of a new execution capability and the first CFTC-approved clearinghouse since 1980 for institutions. The Execution Facility and Clearinghouse have the exclusive right to facilitate the execution (matching) and clearing (guaranteeing settlement) of certain types of financial instruments that were invented by the Company founder, Adam Burczyk.
The Company earns revenues by collecting transaction fees from the trading of our proprietary instruments that are either executed or cleared on our facilities.
We have 5 patents / patent-pending IP, established liquidity, approval as a self regulating organization (SRO), and specialized infrastructures that our current competitors do not have or offer at this time.
We are seeking a total raise of $3,000,000 over the next couple of months. Minimum investment is $200,000 per investing entity.
Because of the competitive nature and proprietary intellectual property of our business we require interested investors to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
