We are currently seeking $100,000 debt or equity financing. The capital will be used for operational cost for the next two years, current debt elimination, and advertising. We offer our customers a comfortable studio to paint their own pottery that envokes creativity, learning, and enjoyment. We offer custom finished product completed by our staff as well as other gift ideas that are consigned by local crafters. We plan to implement five revenues streams. First is our retail finished product. Second is our studio for customer completed projects. Third, we provide custom products for businesses for resale or use. Fourth we sale on consignment from local crafters. Fifth we will offer our products online. We have been conducting business since November 2006, but at our current location since April 2007.
